With the continuous development and growth of enterprises, the types of materials in warehouses are constantly increasing, making warehouse management increasingly complex, bringing great management troubles to enterprises, and also increasing their operating costs. At present, the complexity and diversity of warehouse management have made the traditional manual and paper-based inventory recording operation mode completely incapable of handling such a huge workload.
In order to solve the current inefficiency of relying on manual warehouse management, to be able to promptly and quickly locate the specific location of corresponding materials, and to conduct rapid inventory of similar materials, and to prevent incidents such as theft of valuable materials,Suzhou Dianmai Workshop Management SoftwarePropose a set of "RFID based warehouse material positioning, searching, anti-theft alarm management system", relying on advanced technology to liberate labor, improve worker work efficiency, increase enterprise revenue, and enhance enterprise image.

The on-site warehouse positioning management system is a security system developed based on advanced wireless radio frequency identification technology, sensing technology, monitoring technology, communication technology, and RTLS real-time positioning technology, according to the specific needs of warehouse management in many large factories. This system has the characteristics of real-time positioning of material locations, real-time search for the quantity of related items, rapid inventory management of items, and prevention of theft of valuable materials.

We will install a semi-active RFID low-frequency activation electronic tag TY-T602A developed and produced by Tangyuan Company on each material that requires location monitoring, or install an audio-visual search alarm tag TY-T607A. The tag has a unique code, and each tag is initialized and bound to the corresponding material. The tag usually sleeps and does not send a signal to the outside world. It only sends a signal to the outside world when it is awakened by the low-frequency activation locator within the trigger signal range; Secondly, we have installed low-frequency activation locators at the entrances and main corridors of the warehouse to wake up tags and locate their positions. The distance for waking up tags is 0.5-8 meters;
At the same time, active RFID remote readers are installed in different parts of the warehouse to collect information from low-frequency activated electronic tags after activation. After the readers collect the data, they upload it to the computer management center through various transmission methods. The management center has a software system specifically designed for warehouse material positioning and scheduling management, which analyzes, processes, stores, and judges various data to complete the entire warehouse material positioning and scheduling management system function; Furthermore, we can also use software to have the reader/writer call the corresponding tag for a certain item, which can emit sound and light to search for related items; In addition, our warehouse access control monitoring equipment can have anti-theft alarm function.

Install a set of low-frequency activators and remote readers at each entrance and exit of the warehouse. The activators are equipped with two antennas, numbered 1 and 2, placed inside and outside the entrance respectively. This allows for comprehensive monitoring of the movement of materials entering and leaving the warehouse anytime, anywhere, including time, location, and detailed information related to the materials.
At the same time, an electronic tag can also be issued to relevant staff to monitor their attendance and activity trajectory, and to keep track of personnel flow at any time. Warehouse location lighting management system
Warehouse management personnel can use computer management system software to search for the corresponding label of a certain item, making the label emit sound and light, making it easy to quickly find the item.

Through this system, the approximate location of each material can be located at any time, with an accuracy of 5 meters around it, and the specific location of each material and item can be controlled at any time.
