Overview
Industrial online densitometer is a device used for continuous online measurement of liquid concentration and density, which can be directly used in industrial production processes. The density meter adopts advanced technology, including a capacitive differential pressure sensor and a pair of pressure relays connected to it and inserted into the production process. There is a temperature sensor between two pressure relays to compensate for temperature changes in the process liquid. The online density meter is a two-wire density transmitter mainly used for industrial process control. The online density meter generates a corresponding 4-20mA signal based on the concentration and density, which can be remotely calibrated and monitored through digital communication.

    Installation method of pipeline or tank body

      1. First, confirm the unpacking items. Including: one meter head, two probes, two hoses (red and green) connected to the probes, a set of universal mounting brackets and accessories.

      2. The density meter needs to be installed in an empty tank. When installing, first install the probe connected to the green hose into the upper part of the tank, and install the probe connected to the red hose into the lower part of the tank. Ensure that the two probes are installed vertically (perpendicular to the horizontal plane).

      3. Install the header section through a universal bracket, ensuring that the header is perpendicular to the horizontal plane and positioned higher than the upper probe on the side of the tank.
      Note: The header can be installed on the pipeline or flat plate through a universal mounting bracket.

      4. Connect.

      A: One end of the green hose is connected to the probe on the upper part of the tank, and the other end? 6. Connect the hose connector to the upper interface of the header (with text annotations at the header interface); One end of the red hose is connected to the probe at the bottom of the tank, and the other end? 6. Connect the hose connector to the lower interface of the header (with text annotations at the header interface); Between green and red hoses? The four connectors are connected to the air valve interface of the header part through a three-way joint (there is a text annotation at the header interface, regardless of top or bottom).

      B: Connect the 4-8MPa air supply pipe to the compressed air interface in the header section (with text annotations at the header interface); Connect the 24V power cord to the meter head through the electrical interface.

      Note: The above operations must be performed when there is no material in the tank.

      5. Adjustment. After ventilation and electrification are completed, the feeding operation can be carried out. If there is some deviation between the actual value and the measured value of the density meter, the tightness of the screws on the flange of the side probe of the tank can be adjusted on site until it matches the actual density value.
