Ontech710Online monitoring of volatile organic compounds in ambient air using gas chromatographyIt is independently developed by Antec and meets the growing demand for online monitoring of pollutants in the factory through online enrichment and desorption analysis technology. Focusing on online monitoring of characteristic factors such as non methane total hydrocarbons, benzene derivatives, and PAMS substances in the factory, fully complying with relevant standards, helping environmental protection departments at all levels, industrial park management committees, and other users to timely grasp the current VOCs pollution situation and develop reasonable monitoring plans.
◎ Deep cooling water removal and efficient enrichment (as shown in Figure ①③) -2-stage cold trap enrichment, with a low temperature of up to -30 ℃ and a concentration rate greater than 1000:1, coupled with a unique secondary focusing design and unique water removal function, allows for the retention of polar compounds dissolved in water while removing water from the sample, while avoiding the possibility of FID detector shutdown.
◎ Injection volume (as shown in Figure ②) - Using a mass flow controller, the injection volume is precisely controlled within a range of 5 to 2000 milliliters.
◎ Desorption Analysis (as shown in Figure ③) - By using desorption analysis technology, traditional flash evaporation desorption analysis technology is completely eliminated, enabling the separation of low-carbon compounds (C2-C6), solving a global problem and winning multiple awardscertificate
◎ Design Features (as shown in Figure ④) - Using a single chromatographic column, all volatile organic compounds from C2-C12 can be separated using one instrument, solving the need for two instruments to detect high (C2-C6) and low (C6-C12) carbon compounds separately. Compared to the solution of "high carbon analyzer+low carbon analyzer", it can significantly reduce the cost of use for users.
Highly integrated (as shown in Figure ⑤⑥) - It integrates pre concentration and gas chromatography, suitable for automatic monitoring and laboratory analysis at mobile monitoring stations.
◎ Higher throughput - alternate injection, collect the next sample while analyzing the previous one, shorten the sample analysis cycle, and reduce sampling blind spots. It is also possible to customize dual channel 4-trap (as shown in Figure ⑦⑧), with alternating injection of different channels to achieve seamless continuous sampling without blind spots.
◎ Accurate and reliable - The sample pipeline is fully inert to avoid cross contamination caused by high concentration samples.
◎ Unmanned - The system can automatically analyze standard samples, run calibration curves, save and export data, and save the heavy workload of operation and maintenance personnel.

Sample reprocessing integrates all the functions of the chromatography workstation, making it flexible, convenient, and fast to apply.
