working principleMPR E-Scan online sulfuric acid concentration analyzer is based on the principle of critical angle refraction. The LED light source inside the instrument emits parallel light, which is condensed by a condenser and reflected by a prism reflection surface before coming into contact with the sulfuric acid being measured. At the contact surface, light undergoes total reflection and refraction, forming two beams of light. The total reflected light is received by a high-resolution CCD sensor, which determines the critical angle of the measured sulfuric acid by judging the boundary between the bright and dark fields. Combined with the known prism photoelectric coefficient and calculation formula, the photoelectric coefficient of sulfuric acid is calculated, and then converted into the corresponding mass concentration display and output based on the linear relationship between sulfuric acid concentration and photoelectric index.
