Optical lens ultrasonic cleaning machine is a member of the ultrasonic cleaning machine family, mainly used for cleaning glass lenses, resin lenses, microscopes, telescopes, camera lenses, coated glass, prisms, lenses and other optical products before and after coating and assembly, to meet product process and quality requirements.

The working principle of ultrasonic cleaning machine is that the high-frequency oscillation signal emitted by the ultrasonic generator is converted into high-frequency mechanical oscillation by the transducer and propagated to the medium - cleaning solvent. The ultrasonic waves radiate forward with the same density in the cleaning solution, causing the liquid to flow and generate tens of thousands of tiny bubbles. These bubbles form and grow in the negative pressure zone where ultrasound propagates longitudinally, and quickly close in the positive pressure zone. In this process known as the "cavitation" effect, the closure of bubbles can form an instantaneous high pressure of over 1000 atmospheres, which continuously generates instantaneous high pressure like a series of small "explosions" that constantly impact the surface of the object, causing the dirt on the surface and gaps of the object to quickly peel off, thus achieving the goal of purifying the surface of the object.

2. Ultrasonic cleaning utilizes the cavitation, acceleration, and direct flow effects of ultrasound in liquid to directly and indirectly disperse, emulsify, and peel off the dirt layer, achieving the purpose of cleaning.
