Product operation process:

Place filling bottle - Place vacuum basket - Adjust vacuum can - Fill - Take filling bottle
1. Place the filling bottle - invert the filled liquid bottle and place it on the work basket, checking that the bottom of the bottle is aligned.
2. Place the vacuum basket in the vacuum chamber, cover the quick opening can lid and lock it.
3. Adjust the vacuum tank - close the vent valve, inlet valve, turn on the vacuum pump, adjust the vacuum connection valve to achieve the required vacuum degree (depending on the trial filling volume), step on the foot pedal to insert liquid into the bottom of the filled bottle.
4. Filling - Slowly open the inlet valve, and the liquid level inside the filling will rise. At the same time, open the vent valve to keep the liquid level between the levels specified by the sight glass.
5. When the vacuum gauge pointer is in the 0 state, it indicates that the filling is complete. After returning the foot collapse plate, the quick opening can be opened to remove the filled liquid bottle.

Product installation instructions:

Before starting up, 20 # mechanical oil should be added to the vacuum pump, and the oil volume must be regularly controlled at the position specified by the oil window. The large oil volume should not exceed three-quarters of the height specified by the oil window.
Power supply Sanxiang three wire 380V 50Hz, connect to terminal board 8 9 10, check if the rotation direction of the pump matches the mark. The casing is connected for protection.

Then clean the contact area with the material with 75% alcohol, and check that there are no clean marks before entering the filling process.
