AVITEQ magnetic vibrator is a spring system that typically utilizes the approximate resonance condition of the entire vibration system (driver and working equipment). The driver includes components that generate vibration, such as electromagnets and leaf spring packs. The vibration generated by excitation at the driving end is directly transmitted to the working unit (such as a sieve, tank or pipeline), and correspondingly produces direct linear vibration displacement on the working equipment. In such applications, there is usually a preset angle between the vibration direction and the horizontal plane - the "vibration angle", and the amplitude of the entire system corresponds to twice the amplitude of the driver vibration. The AVITEQ magnetic vibrator is continuously controllable through the driver voltage. They can reach full load capacity in an instant without the inherent interference of motor drivers during start/stop.
