Oxford Instruments Thickness Gauge (OICM) has launched a new product: CM95- a battery powered handheld thickness gauge designed for testing copper foil thickness. It can measure copper foil thickness on printed circuit boards in one second, ranging from 1/8 to 4.0 ounces per square foot (5-140 microns).
CM95 products are factory calibrated and do not require any standard pieces. It is easy to use, just place the unique soft probe of the product on the surface of the copper foil to see the indication of the copper foil thickness.
