The PC/PE/PP/PVC/ABS/PA profile extrusion production line is equipped with single screw or twin-screw extruders, which can process PVC plastic door and window profiles, aluminum-plastic composite profiles, special cable porous conduit, decorative strips, etc.
Performance and advantages: Adopting the latest foreign technology, optimizing the design unit, it has the characteristics of uniform plasticization, fast cutting speed, high output, and long service life. This machine has a conical twin-screw extruder, vacuum forming table, traction machine, cutting machine, aluminum foil machine, stacker crane, etc. The host is imported with AC frequency or DC speed drag, and the temperature controller adopts Japanese RKC products. The auxiliary vacuum pump and traction motor are made of high-quality products with simple sand maintenance. After replacing the screw cylinder and mold, the wood foam profile can be directly extruded.
