Equipment usage:

The PCT high-pressure accelerated aging testing machine, also known as a "high-temperature and high-pressure steaming and boiling machine" or a pressure cooker steaming and boiling testing machine, is generally used to test the high humidity resistance of products and materials under harsh temperature, saturated humidity (100% R.H.) {saturated water vapor}, and pressure environments. For example, testing the moisture absorption rate of printed circuit boards (PCBs or FPCs), the moisture resistance of semiconductor packaging, open circuits caused by corrosion in dynamic metallization areas, and short circuits caused by contamination between package pins.
