Overview

PD300The series pressure transmitter has high sensitivity, high accuracy, and strong overload resistance. Made with imported sensors, the sensors and amplification circuits are highly integrated; Adopting die cast alloy aluminum surface spray painted shell, the zero point and gain of the circuit do not need to be adjusted; Strong anti-interference ability, acid and alkali resistance, long-term stability and reliability.

working principle

PD300The series pressure transmitter uses imported pressure chips, and the sensitive components are formed by diffusion or ion implantation processes to form resistors and connected into a Wheatstone bridge. The pressure sensitive diaphragm is formed under the bridge using micro machining technology. When pressure is applied to the diaphragm, the resistance value changes and a linearized output signal proportional to the applied pressure is generated. We add a DC power supply to the Wheatstone bridge, which produces an output of a DC voltage signal. After secondary conversion of the circuit, a two-wire system is achieved4~20MAOutput.
