Overview

PDS differential pressure transmitter is a central measuring diaphragm that transmits process pressure to the chamber through isolation diaphragms on both sides or one side and filling liquid. The central plate is a tensioned elastic element that produces corresponding deformation displacement in response to the pressure difference acting on it on both sides. Its displacement is proportional to the differential pressure, with a maximum displacement of about 0.1mm. This displacement becomes a differential capacitor formed on the capacitor plate, which is converted into a standard output signal by electronic circuits.
