PH-XDS5 inverted microscope is an inverted biological microscope that uses an excellent infinite optical system to provide outstanding optical performance. The streamlined design concept and compact and stable high rigidity body fully reflect the anti vibration requirements of microscopic operations. The ultra long working distance spotlight system can observe non contaminated cultured cells in high culture dishes or cylindrical flasks. The lighting system fully considers heat dissipation and safety, and the ergonomic design concept makes operation more convenient, comfortable, safe, and spacious. The phase contrast device can be attached to the optical path to achieve phase contrast microscopy observation. This instrument can be used for microscopic observation of cell tissues, transparent liquid tissues, as well as dynamic microscopic observation of cultured tissues in culture dishes. It can be applied to research institutes, universities, medical and health care, inspection and quarantine, agriculture, animal husbandry, dairy industry and other departments.

● Mechanical loading platform
Double layer mechanical loading platform, size: 185MM × 140MM;
Mobile range: 75MM × 50MM, moderate design concept, making it more convenient and comfortable for users to operate the loading platform


● Transmitting lighting system
Built in halogen lamp lighting device: using 9W LED lighting (adjustable brightness), it can not only provide clear and vivid microscopic observation images for the usual bright field observation method, but also for the phase contrast observation method. Ultra long working distance spotlight, with a working distance of 70mm, can observe non contaminated cultured cells in high culture dishes or cylindrical flasks

● Phase contrast plug board
Insert the phase contrast plug into the slot of the spotlight, and according to the phase contrast objective used, push the matching phase contrast ring into the optical path to perform phase contrast observation. It is simple and practical, suitable for some basic phase contrast observation occasions. (Suitable for 10X, 20X, 40X phase contrast observation)
