This production line is capable of continuous extrusion productionPP、PE、ABS、PMMA、PC、PS、HIPSSingle layer and multi-layer plastic sheet products. The width of the board is3000mmAnd below, with a thickness of1-30mmIts products are widely used in fields such as refrigerators, air conditioners, advertising, construction, environmental protection, chemicals, bathrooms, and automotive interiors.

Extruder: Depending on the material used, a single screw extruder (with or without exhaust) is selected. The special design of the screw and precise temperature control system ensure good plasticization and stable extrusion with high output.

Mesh changing and mold: The hydraulic quick mesh changing device ensures that there is no leakage or shutdown during mesh changing, and the ring mesh is fast and effective; The mold adopts a hanger type sheet mold according to the different materials. According to the different materials, melt metering pumps can be added to ensure stable extrusion and uniform thickness of the sheet.

Three roll calender: Adopting an upright three roll calender, equipped with a roller temperature controller, the roller gap can be adjusted electrically or manually, and equipped with an emergency stop function to ensure safety.

Cooling bracket: equipped with corresponding cooling guide rollers to achieve excellent cooling effect. It is also equipped with trimming and slitting devices to ensure the fixed width and edge quality of the board.

Traction machine: The traction rubber roller adopts nitrile rubber roller, which is pulled twice to ensure the stability and flatness of the board. The traction speed is synchronously adjusted with the three rollers.

Horizontal cutting machine: using cylinder clamping, automatic cutting, and variable frequency speed regulation to ensure synchronous cutting speed and plate speed. Using alloy saw blades for cutting, equipped with a vacuum cleaner.
