Product application:

Performance characteristics of the unit:
The main extruder adopts a double shear screw design; Good plasticizing effect and high extrusion efficiency. Continuous and rapid replacement of hydraulic screen changing equipment, equipped with hydraulic workstations and hydraulic push type filter plates, can complete screen changing without stopping the machine, improve production efficiency, and reduce waste. The mold flow channel adopts computer CAD optimization design, which ensures material flow and more uniform distribution of melt, providing a guarantee for extruding high-quality sheets. The traction device has multiple traction forces, and the cutting device has cutting functions. The cutting device adopts pneumatic clamping, automatically fixing the length, and pneumatic cutting, with a high degree of automation and easy operation.
