The PTE series ultra-high pressure electric pump adopts a motor direct drive structure. Compared with traditional booster pumps, the direct drive pump station has the advantage of stable pressure and flow, low cost, but relatively high technical threshold.
The pump head of this electric pump adopts a radial piston pump structure, which is compact and has high operating pressure.
The electric pump station adopts a combined sealing structure as a whole, and the compression is automatically compensated by the sealing ring, making the sealing more reliable.
The pump head adopts radial loading, which balances the phenomenon of severe bearing damage under ultra-high pressure, making the overall operation of the pump head balanced. The pump noise is much lower than that of pumps of the same level, and the pressure is stable.
The high-pressure plunger pair only adopts indirect oil suction work, and only when the low-pressure plunger pair starts working, the high-pressure plunger pair can work, so there is no pump station that can be directly started under high pressure.
In this way, by delaying the start, the huge impact caused by direct drive can be reduced. Extended the service life of the motor.
The ultra-high pressure electric pump is equipped with an overflow valve and an unloading valve, and the pressure can be freely set. The specially designed overflow valve has good wear resistance between the valve seat and valve core when overflowing under high pressure and high temperature.

This ultra-high pressure electric pump can be used in conjunction with hydraulic tools with a pressure higher than 70MPa. TG, TS, TW series bolt tensioners can all be used together.
