UPVC PVC PVC-C pipe extrusion production line, used for producing PVC drainage pipes, PVC water supply pipes, UPVC sleeves, and so on. It was developed based on our rich practical experience. The operation of this line is very comfortable, easy to maintain, stable and reliable in performance, high in output, and energy-saving. Compared to competitors, the performance/price is relatively high.
The maximum diameter of the PVC pipe extrusion production line can reach 630mm. The production line can be equipped with SJZ series conical twin-screw extruders or parallel twin-screw extruders. The tractor has bidirectional, three claw, four claw, and six claw options. The types of cutting machines include saw blade shavings free cutting and planetary cutting methods.


We also offer double tube extrusion lines and four tube extrusion production lines for small diameter pipes.
