Product Introduction:

The cargo shower room is a dedicated passage set up for goods to enter the clean area, which can reduce the pollution problem caused by goods entering the clean room. The two doors of the cargo shower room are electronically interlocked and also serve as an airlock to prevent unpurified air from entering the clean room. To cooperate with the clean air conditioning system and ensure that the cleanroom achieves the required cleanliness.

Working principle: The clean airflow filtered by the high-efficiency filter is sprayed onto the person from all directions by a rotatable nozzle, effectively and quickly removing dust particles. The cleared dust particles are then filtered through primary and high-efficiency filters and recycled back into the air shower area. In order to achieve the best effect of air shower, the nozzle outlet of the cargo shower room is designed with a wind speed of 25m/s or more, and the minimum wind speed blowing onto people is 18m/s or more. The initial air shower time set at the factory is 10 seconds.
