Structure and working principle of peanut sheller:

This machine is composed of several parts, including bars, grids, concave plates, fans, density sorting, and secondary elevators. It has a simple and compact structure, easy operation, stable performance, and is safe and reliable.

Working principle of peanut sheller:

Peanut fruits are manually fed and first fall into the coarse grid. Due to the rotation of the grid and the rubbing force between the fixed grid strip concave plate, the peanut shells are peeled off and separated, and the peanut kernels and shells are simultaneously dropped through the grid. Then, most of the peanut shells are blown out of the machine by wind through the air duct, while the peanut kernels and a part of the peanut small fruits that have not been peeled off fall into the specific gravity sorting screen together. After re screening, the peanut kernels go up from the separation screen surface and flow into the burlap bag through the feeding port. The peanuts (small fruits) that have not been peeled off go down from the screen surface and enter the elevator through the discharge port. They are then sent to the fine grain grid for secondary peeling by the elevator, and then undergo specific gravity branch screening and sorting to achieve complete peeling. The sentence is:.
