Photovoltaic module aging test chamberBeing able to provide simulated temperature and humidity tests at 85 degrees Celsius and 85% humidity, also known as aging experiments, is a necessary test for product reliability testing: double 85 testing is used to confirm that the components can withstand the negative temperature effects caused by high temperature and humidity, as well as fatigue and thermal failure caused by repeated temperature changes. In addition, it determines the thermal stress generated by photovoltaic components exposed to high humidity and their ability to resist long-term moisture penetration.

For the IEC 61215, IEC 61730-2004, and IEC 61345-1998 series standard components, high and low temperature alternating humidity test chambers.

A test chamber specifically designed for detecting thermal cycling, wet freezing cycling, and high temperature and high humidity dual 85 testing of solar modules.

Insulation material: high-density aluminum silicate fiber cotton, with characteristics of high temperature resistance and low heat transfer coefficient. The insulation thickness is 100mm to ensure that the temperature inside the test room will not be transmitted to the outside of the equipment, making the test temperature more accurate.

The experimental observation window adopts three-layer hollow tempered glass and double-layer laminated conductive film on the inside and outside, which has the advantages of transparency, heat insulation, and less steam frosting. It is equipped with energy-saving lighting and can observe the test situation inside the test chamber.

The refrigeration unit adopts a fully enclosed compressor from American Copeland, and the refrigeration system adopts a unit type low-temperature circuit system design, using environmentally friendly (HFC) refrigerant with zero ozone coefficient from DuPont R404a in the United States.

At the initial acceptance of the equipment, training on equipment usage and operation shall be conducted at the customer's site, with a minimum of 2 trainees, to ensure that users have sufficient understanding and familiarity with the equipment, and can independently carry out daily maintenance, upkeep, and management of the equipment

After the final acceptance of the equipment, if users encounter machine malfunctions or technical operation knowledge, they can call our company, and the company will send technical personnel to inspect and guide you in operation.
