Pump blockage or idle automatic monitoring systemThe pump controlled by an intelligent computer program can maintain a constant sampling speed under the action of air resistance. Especially when the filter is partially clogged, the pump sampling speed can still remain constant.
M21 method failure protection functionCombined with Cal5.0 calibration software, programmable detection can be achieved. Without proper calibration of Phx42 by the testing personnel, the equipment will not be able to perform testing normally.
Instrument self diagnostic functionThe instrument motherboard automatically records and generates data files every 2 seconds, automatically recording voltage, high/low voltage hydrogen status ppm、 Pump power, exhaust pressure, and thermocouple temperature. SDK can also be obtained from public platforms.

Filter self-test functionPhx42 can automatically detect whether the filter is in place. If the filter is lost or not installed, the device control end will automatically sound an alarm and force it to stop continuing detection.
