2、 Purpose and Scope of Application

Used for squeezing juice from fruits and vegetables such as tomatoes, pineapples, apples, and oranges.

4、 Equipment structure and working principle (see attached diagram)

1. Structure

Crusher: composed of feeding hopper, blades, filter screen, body, etc.

Spiral extruder: composed of front support, feeding hopper, spiral, filter screen, juice container, rear support, slag discharge groove and other parts. The left end of the spiral spindle is supported in the rolling bearing seat, and the right end is supported in the handwheel bearing seat. The motor drives the spiral to work through a pair of triangular belt pulleys.

2. Working principle

Crusher: The material is crushed by the action of high-speed rotating blades.

Spiral juicer: The main component of this equipment is a spiral. The spiral gradually increases in diameter along the direction of the slag outlet, while the pitch gradually decreases. When the material is pushed by the spiral, the volume of the spiral chamber shrinks, resulting in the squeezing of the material. The rotation direction of the spiral spindle is clockwise when viewed from the feeding hopper towards the slag hopper.

The raw materials are added to the feeding hopper and are compressed under the push of the screw. The squeezed juice flows into the bottom juice container through the filter screen, while the waste is discharged through the annular gap formed between the screw and the conical part of the pressure regulator. The pressure regulator moves axially to adjust the size of the gap. Used clockwise: When looking at the handwheel bearing seat from the slag discharge groove of the equipment towards the feeding hopper end, if the pressure regulating head is turned to the left, the gap will decrease; otherwise, the gap will increase. Changing the size of the gap, that is, adjusting the resistance of slag discharge, can change the slag yield. However, if the gap is too small, under strong squeezing, some of the slag particles will be squeezed out through the filter screen together with the juice. Although the juice yield increases, the quality of the juice relatively decreases. The size of the gap should be determined according to the specific process requirements of the user.

5、 Operation and maintenance

1. Operation

After the crusher and juicer are started simultaneously and enter normal operation, the clearance between the juicer handwheel and nut should be maximized, and then gradually reduced according to the slagging situation. After meeting the process requirements, the handwheel and nut should be fixed. If the crusher fails to discharge during operation, clean it with a slag cleaning rod.

2. Maintenance

After each shift, the filter screen must be washed with clean water and a brush, and the material residue inside the machine must be manually removed. For fruits and vegetables with more fibers, an additional washing of the screen should be added depending on the production situation. After pressing, all machines should be cleaned with hot water.
