Pipe Network (Large Diameter) Ultrasonic Heat Meter

Purpose and scope of application:
(1) This ultrasonic flow sensor has accurate measurement and is not affected by rust in water or external magnetic field interference. It is suitable for heating water quality in China. The shell is made of high-quality materials and processed by hard mold forging, CNC machine tools, and combination machine tools. It has good mechanical strength and high dimensional accuracy, ensuring the stability and accuracy of the product during long-term operation.

(2) The temperature sensor uses Pt1000 platinum resistance paired with a high-precision AD circuit to achieve high-precision temperature measurement.

(3) The MCU adopts the MSP430 series ultra-low power microprocessor from TI in the United States, which has strong functions, low power consumption, and strong resistance to electromagnetic interference.

(4) It has self diagnosis, fault display, and power-off data protection functions. When the thermal energy meter accidentally malfunctions, it displays a fault code and automatically saves the current data.

(5) Adopting LCD display, displaying complete and accurate data, and reading data conveniently and quickly. Real time clock design to achieve date recording and display functions.

(6) Adopting environmentally friendly lithium batteries, the battery has a service life of over 6 years (theoretically calculated to be greater than 10 years).

(7) Beautiful appearance, monitor can be inserted on all sides, easy to read; Single key design, easy to operate.

(8) When used in conjunction with the HVAC intelligent control valve produced by our company, it can achieve prepaid functionality.

(9) Complete interfaces, expandable MBUS bus interface, RS485 bus interface, optoelectronic isolation pulse interface, infrared interface, to achieve remote data collection and centralized control.

(10) Easy to install and maintain, with functions such as dust-proof, moisture-proof, waterproof, anti disassembly, and preventing human damage.
