    Application and significance of FK-YL03 plant nutrition analyzer:

    Plant nitrogen content, chlorophyll, and leaf temperature are important nutritional and physiological parameters for plant growth, and are important parameters reflecting plant vital signs. It is also an important basis for plant fertilization and irrigation.
    The nitrogen content generally directly reflects the health status of crops, growth status, understanding the true nitrate demand of plants and the degree of soil nitrate deficiency or whether excessive nitrogen fertilizer has been applied. It is widely used in nitrogen fertilizer management, herbicide application, leaf aging, environmental stress research, etc. Chlorophyll measuring instruments have great significance in agricultural planting processes.
    The measurement result of chlorophyll content is SPAD value, which is the ratio of the amount of light transmitted by the leaves at two wavelengths of 650nm and 940nm to determine the relative amount of chlorophyll in the leaves (the transmittance coefficient in the two wavelength ranges is used to determine the relative amount of chlorophyll in the leaves). SPAD value is directly proportional to chlorophyll value, so SPAD value can indirectly represent chlorophyll value and evaluate plant health and growth status. Therefore, in agriculture, chlorophyll meter is often used to detect plant chlorophyll content and guide the application of nitrogen fertilizer. Therefore, chlorophyll meter is used to guide the fertilization of nitrogen element content in agricultural planting process.     Leaf temperature is commonly used to indicate the body temperature status of plants. All chemical reactions in plant leaves are affected by leaf temperature and are often used in the analysis of plant physiological activities. The difference between leaf temperature and air temperature can indicate the water shortage or drought severity of plants. Because when there is sufficient water supply, plant transpiration is normal, and transpiration heat consumption can lower plant body temperature, resulting in lower leaf temperature than air temperature; On the contrary, during drought, the body temperature of plants rises, which can be higher than the temperature at that time.
    But now the only instrument that can be used for rapid detection of nitrogen at home and abroad is the chlorophyll meter, which tests the SPAD value and can only roughly infer the nitrogen content of plants based on the SPAD value. Our company has broken through tradition and collaborated with Zhejiang University to develop the first domestic plant nutrition rapid analyzer based on near-infrared spectroscopy non-destructive testing method and data mining technology. The rapid and non-destructive testing of chlorophyll, leaf nitrogen content, leaf temperature, and physiological growth information of plants in the field is of great significance for agricultural research and production.
