2、 Principle of bottle flushing

1. The outer wall of the bottles washed by the plastic bottle washing machine is sprayed with tap water, and the spray pressure can be adjusted through the spray switch.

2. The inner wall of the bottle is flushed using a secondary positioning flushing valve. The lower valve body is stationary and fixed on the bracket. The upper valve body is integrated with the bottle flushing funnel and the bottle flushing upper plate through a nozzle and rotates simultaneously. When the inlet hole of the lower valve body is connected to the outlet hole of the upper valve body, water is pressurized through the nozzle to flush the bottles on the bottle flushing funnel twice. This plastic bottle washing machine uses tap water pressure to flush the bottles, and can also be equipped with a low-pressure pump for pressurized circulation according to user needs.
