Plate fully welded heat exchanger is a new type of heat exchange equipment designed and developed based on detachable plate heat exchangers and tube heat exchangers. Nowadays, both factory production and district heating use steam as a heat source. In terms of steam heat recovery and heat exchange, the heat exchanger that can effectively utilize steam is the fully welded plate heat exchanger.
1、 Characteristics of plate type fully welded heat exchanger:
1. The plates of the plate type fully welded heat exchanger do not require rubber pads. The plates are stamped by a press machine and pressed evenly;
2. Its ripple design allows the fluid to generate turbulence even at lower flow velocities;
3. The entire plate series is welded by argon arc, with good sealing performance;
4. It is a heat exchanger model that can withstand high temperatures and pressures. The working temperature reaches 300 ℃ and the pressure resistance capacity reaches 5MPa.
2、 Material of plate type fully welded heat exchanger
1. Frame material: carbon steel, stainless steel
2. Plate material; Austenitic stainless steel 304, 316L, 2205 duplex stainless steel, titanium, Hastelloy, nickel, etc.

3、 Structural principle of plate type fully welded heat exchanger
A concave convex geometric pattern is formed between adjacent heat exchange plates, forming a 180 degree opposite combination. In this way, the concave convex ridges between the two heat exchange plates form staggered contact points, each of which is vacuum welded. This forms a high-pressure plate heat exchanger with staggered flow structure, achieving good heat transfer effect between cold and hot media.
