Common problem solutions for heat exchange unit systems
1. Leakage of the thermostat:
phenomenon---The heating system suffers from severe water loss, and the water replenishment pump in the central area works frequently;
solve a problem---Re seal the graphite gasket and tighten the flange again;
2. Electric actuator module detachment:
phenomenon---The water supply temperature is too high, and the electric actuator is not functioning
solve a problem---Disassemble the electric actuator, reinsert the module, and check if the electric actuator is working;
3. Failure of pressure reducing valve:
phenomenon---When the steam consumption is low, the pressure reducing valve fails;
Possible problem: Dirty blockage of pressure reducing valve (such as welding slag); Excessive water accumulation in the pressure reducing valve
Solution: Disassemble the pressure reducing valve and connecting pipe to drain water; Disassemble the pressure reducing valve for cleaning; Add a filter before the pressure reducing valve; Add drainage before and after the pressure reducing valve;
4. Poor drainage of the unit:
Phenomenon: The condensate water connection point of the unit to the water tank is approximately high3Rice, causing the backflow of condensed water and poor drainage;
Solution suggestion: Directly discharge into the trench; Pump into the water tank
5. Heating and heating pipelines without pressure or heat:
Phenomenon: No pressure or heat in the pipeline
Possible reasons: Incorrect pipeline connection; Excessive air in the pipeline
Solution: Conduct pressure tests for each area, install pressure gauges, measure pressure at the highest point, and exhaust in the pipeline well
