Product Details
Plug in electromagnetic flowmeterThe plug-in flowmeter (hereinafter referred to as the insertion flowmeter) is a fully intelligent flowmeter developed and researched by Mike Sensing using * technology. It has the characteristics of high reliability, good stability, and long service life. It is a new type of flow measurement instrument developed on the basis of pipeline electromagnetic flowmeter. On the basis of retaining the advantages of pipeline electromagnetic flowmeter, it avoids the disadvantages of difficult installation and high cost of pipeline electromagnetic flowmeter on large pipelines. Especially, it is possible to use pressurized opening and pressurized installation methods, which can be constructed and installed without stopping the water supply. This provides a new method for measuring and installing liquid flow rate. At present, it has been widely used in industries such as chemical engineering, water supply and drainage, and sewage treatment. During the measurement process, it is not affected by the temperature, viscosity, density, and conductivity (within a certain range) of the measured medium.
Plug in electromagnetic flowmeterIt is an instrument for measuring volumetric flow rate. The measurement of flow is not affected by changes in fluid density, viscosity, temperature, pressure, and conductivity.
The online pluggable system enables continuous installation and disassembly, making it convenient for users to maintain and repair.
The upper end of the insertion rod is marked with a scale for easy positioning, and the insertion depth can be adjusted to accommodate pipes of different diameters.
A bidirectional measurement system that can measure both forward and reverse flow rates.
Low frequency rectangular wave excitation improves the stability of flow measurement.
This device operates based on Faraday's electromagnetic induction principle. The sensor probe penetrates into the designated position in the measured pipeline, and when the conductive fluid flows vertically through the working magnetic field of the sensor, it cuts the magnetic induction line and generates an induced potential. This induced potential is measured by the two detection electrodes on the sensor probe.
