Overview - This liquid level transmitter utilizes a floating ball with a ring-shaped magnetic steel to convert the liquid level into a corresponding resistance output signal by closing the reed switch inside the main tube with the liquid level change. The signal is processed by a dedicated module (i.e. electronic amplifier) and converted into a two-wire 4-20mADC signal output, which can be directly matched with instruments (DDZ-III or intelligent digital instruments) to achieve automatic liquid level control.
- This liquid level transmitter is widely used in industries such as chemical, power, papermaking, shipbuilding, environmental protection, and food. The measurement of the liquid level of the medium inside the pressurized (open) container can also be used for the liquid level measurement of underground tanks and high-rise water tanks. It is more simple and reliable. The transmitter material is stainless steel, corrosion-resistant and suitable for flammable and explosive places.
