The implementation speed of pneumatic actuators is relatively fast, and workers do not need to do it themselves, which greatly saves human resources and time. Pneumatic ball valves evolved from globe valves. It has the same 90 degree lifting action, except that the plug body is a sphere with a circular through-hole or channel passing through its axis. The ratio of the spherical surface to the channel opening should be such that when the ball rotates 90 degrees, both the inlet and outlet should present a spherical surface, thereby cutting off the flow.
The switch component of the pneumatic ball valve manufacturer's ball valve is a slotted annular ball, which uses the ball core to tightly rotate around the center line of the valve seat by 0-90 ° back and forth to achieve the purpose of opening or closing the gate valve. Ball valves have many effects and are generally used for interrupting power switches or adjusting media in pipelines. Secondly, the valve seat has good sealing performance. The sealing ring made of elastic materials such as polytetrafluoroethylene is easy to seal, and the valve sealing ability of the ball valve increases with the increase of medium pressure. The thrust bearing can reduce the friction torque of the valve stem, making the valve stem operate smoothly and flexibly for a long time. In addition, materials such as polytetrafluoroethylene have good self-lubricating properties, low friction loss with the ball, long service life of the ball valve, and the protruding installation of the valve stem and valve head prevents the valve stem from spraying out. Fire can cause sealing damage to the valve stem, and metal contact is formed between the protrusion and the valve body to ensure the sealing of the valve stem.
Thirdly, the fluid resistance is low. Compared to other valve products, ball valves experience relatively less fluid resistance, far surpassing other valves used for fluid regulation and control.
Pneumatic ball valves can be divided into soft sealed pneumatic ball valves and hard sealed pneumatic ball valves. The stem seal of a pneumatic ball valve refers to the sealing ring where the stem operates, usually consisting of two or more PTFE and soft high-purity graphite. If the sealing ring becomes loose after wear, only the pressure screws on both sides are needed, and the symmetrical rotation angle must be remembered. This cannot be rotated 5 times on one side and 2 times on the other side. The pre tightening force on both sides of the cover is asymmetric, and the position of the valve stem is offset. When rotating left and right, the pre tightening force on both sides is different.
