3、 Working principle:

Compressed air enters the pneumatic motor through the ball valve and pneumatic unit triple piece, and high-pressure air pushes the blades of the pneumatic motor, driving the output shaft of the pneumatic motor to rotate. After the pneumatic motor is started, the high-pressure plunger pump starts working. Water enters the high-pressure pump through the filter screen, and under the action of the pump piston, high-pressure water is generated through the high-pressure soft water pipe and sprayed out for cleaning work.

5、 Usage and maintenance:

1The water supply system of the high-pressure pump must prevent air from entering to ensure the normal use of the pump and prevent damage to its components. Connect the high-pressure hose to the compressed air pipeline first, and the high-pressure pipeline should not be too long. Before connecting the high-pressure hose to the cleaning machine, open the compressed air valve and wait for the debris and moisture inside the high-pressure hose to be blown away before connecting the high-pressure hose to the cleaning machine.

2When used for water storage tank supply, the suction pipeline should use a hose of less than 3 meters, the water level should be set higher than the height of the pump, the supply temperature should be below 50 ℃, and the inlet pipe, high-pressure water pipe, and water gun should be installed (do not forget the sealing rubber ring at the suction filter and pipe interface)

3High pressure pumps are not allowed to use alkaline, acidic, or corrosive liquids, and all components must not be in a dry state. Before use, remove the oil cap on the high-pressure pump, inject new SAE20W-50 or the same lubricating oil, and add it to the oil level indicator. The oil level should not be lower than the marked line, but not higher than 5mm. After the first 50 hours of use, all lubricating oil should be replaced, and then every 200 hours. 4. Pneumatic motors should be regularly inspected and maintained according to their usage to extend their service life. The maintenance period is generally 3-6 months.

5Check the gas water separator and oil mist device, the oil level should be above the marked scale line, and the lubricating oil should be selected as 20^#～30^#The mechanical oil and oil mist device have a drop rate of 20-30 drops per minute.
