(1) The cleaning and replacement of filter bags may cause the filter cloth to become stiff due to the high viscosity of dust during use, which can increase the resistance of the dust collector and affect the dust removal effect. After the above situation occurs, the filter bag needs to be removed from the dust collector and the surface of the filter cloth needs to be rinsed with clean water. After rinsing is completed and dried, it can continue to be used. The cleaning cycle of the filter bag is determined by the user based on the nature of the dust in their unit and the frequency of use of the dust collector. In general, filter bags will gradually deteriorate after one year of use, mainly due to dust abrasion, high temperature, and high humidity causing deterioration of the filter material. The dust collector cannot use damaged filter bags for operation, otherwise it will affect the dust removal effect. Users should promptly replace the filter bag with a new one.

(2) Exclusion method for pulse valve not working: ① Restore power supply or repair the dust cleaning controller; ② Carefully clean the pulse valve; ③ Replace the pulse valve coil; ④ Check the pneumatic system and compressor.

The possible reasons could be: ① power outage or malfunction of the dust cleaning controller; ② There are impurities inside the pulse valve, and it keeps leaking air; ③ Pulse valve coil burnt out; ④ The compressed air pressure is too low.

(3) Troubleshooting method for low running resistance: ① Check the pipeline and repair the damaged area with welding; ② Check and replace the filter bag;

7. Placement space: For the convenience of column maintenance or repair, please avoid installing in overly narrow locations

8. Avoid vibration: Please install in a vibration free location; If the vibration in the venue is unavoidable, anti vibration measures must be installed to prevent the high-pressure blower from being damaged by external vibrations.
