The instrument consists of a Chinese display screen, high-performance vacuum pump, dust concentration detection circuit, undervoltage protection display, safety power supply, etc. The instrument is equipped with a graded dust collector, which can collect the concentration of respiratory dust. The instrument can adopt automatic or manual sampling methods to adapt to different detection standards. This instrument adopts an Exibl (150 degrees) level safety explosion-proof structure, which is particularly suitable for use in coal mines and other workplaces containing explosive gases.

It is a light scattering rapid dust analyzer with laser as the light source. This instrument is ingeniously designed as an intrinsic safety explosion-proof dust detector with an alarm function for dust concentration exceeding the standard. It can measure five particle sizes including PM2.5/PM10, and can be portable for fixed-point monitoring or continuously monitored online.
