Manual air calibration
Instrument usage and continuity/After prolonged intermittent use, air calibration is required. You can press the MODE key to check if the saturation deviates from 100%. The calibration steps are as follows:
1)pressCAL key checks for correct atmospheric pressure value;
2)After gently shaking the probe a few times, place the probe in air close to saturation humidity (such as on the surface of a wet towel), and check that there are no water droplets on the probe membrane (if there are, use a clean tissue to dry it);
3)Instrument operationFor more than 20 minutes (with stable oxygen concentration and temperature displayed on the screen), press and hold the up button for 5 seconds. After hearing a "beep" sound, complete the air calibration. At this time, press the MODE button to check the oxygen concentration and saturation.
Manual zero calibration (zero verification)
The normal use and maintenance of the instrument will not result in serious zero offset. We recommend regularly configuring anaerobic water for zero point validation, only observing changes in data,Do not calibrate.
zero point calibration/Verification method (anaerobic water method):
1)Turn on the instrument, first follow the instructions3.1Perform manual air calibration;
2)Prepare concentration using pure water or drinking water≥5%Sodium sulfite(Na2SO3)Solution, stirring;
3)After inserting the probe into the calibration kit, place it in an anaerobic aqueous solution and confirm that there are no bubbles on the surface of the oxygen film. If there are, gently tap the probe to break the bubbles. Simultaneously start timing;
4)wait30For more than minutes, when the instrument measurement value is infinitely low and tends to stabilize, if zero calibration is needed, press and hold the key5sAfter hearing the "beep" sound, complete the zero calibration.
uZero point is an important parameter, and incorrect zero point calibration can lead to unreliable measurement results;
uAfter each zero point calibration, the previous calibration value is overwritten;
