Poured waterproof insulated bus ductIt is a busbar system composed of metal plates (steel plates or aluminum plates) as protective shells, conductive bars, insulation materials, and related accessories. It can be made into a plug-in type enclosed bus duct with plug-in junction boxes at regular intervals, or a feeding type enclosed bus duct without a junction box in the middle. In the power supply system of high-rise buildings, the power and lighting lines are often set separately, and the bus duct is installed vertically along the wall in the electrical shaft as the main power supply line. According to the purpose, a busbar trunking generally consists of a starting busbar trunking, a straight through busbar trunking (with and without sockets), an L-shaped vertical (horizontal) bent busbar, a Z-shaped vertical (horizontal) offset busbar, a T-shaped vertical (horizontal) three-way busbar, an X-shaped vertical (horizontal) four-way busbar, a variable capacity busbar trunking, an expansion busbar trunking, a terminal head, a terminal junction box, a plug-in box, related accessories and fastening devices of the busbar trunking. Bus ducts can be divided into three types according to insulation methods: air type plug-in bus ducts, dense insulation plug-in bus ducts, and high-strength plug-in bus ducts.

The fully enclosed resin cast waterproof bus duct is a non-metallic shell bus duct. The waterproof bus duct is made by mixing a specially formulated composite resin and a quantitatively selected mixed material to create a high-performance insulation material. The copper bus is directly cast and sealed. There are no air gaps, no chimney effect, and busbar burrs or overloads will not cause short circuits. The insulation material does not contain halogens, and flame retardant does not release harmful substances. The enclosure protection level is IP68, which is not only water-resistant, fire-resistant, and corrosion-resistant.

(1) Linear busbar unit
Linear busbar unit is used to extend power supply and distribution lines. It is a closed busbar with a tap changer and a plug-in box used to distribute power loads.
(2) Starting busbar unit
The starting busbar unit is matched with the starting incoming box to form the connection component between the busbar and the cable. The starting busbar unit can also be connected to transformers or distribution cabinets.
(3) Expansion busbar unit
The expansion busbar unit is used to absorb the axial variation of the busbar caused by thermal expansion. When the length of the busbar exceeds 80m, a section of expansion busbar unit should be installed.
(4) Variable diameter busbar unit
Variable diameter busbar units are used to connect different rated current units in the same system, in order to make the power supply of the entire busbar system more economical and reasonable.
(5) Various busbar bending units
There are four types of busbar bending connection units: L-shaped, T-shaped, Z-shaped, and+- shaped. They are used for connecting and changing the direction of horizontal and vertical power supply and distribution, and can flexibly connect busbar systems.
