Powder conveying system

The key technologies adopted in this project mainly include intelligent control technology, gas volume control technology, new material technology, dust removal technology, etc.

Main features of the project product:

(1) Efficient and energy-saving, utilizing fluidized conveying principles and a fully enclosed pipeline transportation system, the system greatly improves material collection efficiency and reduces personnel workload.

(2) During the conveying process, the feeding port can be opened, and feeding and conveying can be carried out continuously.

(3) Easy to transport and retrieve materials, and belongs to leak free transportation.

(4) The equipment has fewer moving parts and requires less daily maintenance work.

(5) The transportation route is fully enclosed, reducing procedures such as transportation and transfer, effectively ensuring the factory environment.

The innovation of this project lies in:

(1) The mixing ratio of material and gas in the conveying pipe is 90% higher than that in ordinary conveying systems. The weight ratio of material to gas can reach 12KG/KG, with a maximum of 20KG/KG, greatly reducing transportation energy consumption.

(2) Long conveying distance, it can be used for internal conveying in enterprise workshops, as well as for conveying materials from workshops to material yards or silos. The low movement speed of materials inside the pipeline greatly improves the degree of damage to material particles during transportation and pipeline wear.

(3) By adopting intelligent control technology and gas volume control system, it is easy to achieve interlocking of on/off and automatic control technology of conveying process, as well as automatic control modes of "one point to multiple points conveying" and "conveying different materials in the same conveying system". It can also be switched to manual operation.
