Programmable Constant Temperature CabinetIntroduction:

A key test chamber product that is currently of great concern among test chamber manufacturers is the programmable constant temperature and humidity test chamber, which can heat the inside of the chamber at high and low temperatures to test the test items. The reference material is stainless steel plate, with a temperature range of -70~150 (℃) and a humidity range of 30%~98% (RH). The workshop size is 500 * 600 * 750 (mm) and the power supply is 220v. The performance indicators and adaptability of electrical, electronic, and other products, components, and materials are tested under constant humidity and heat conditions. The programmable constant temperature and humidity test chamber compressor sucks in and compresses (pressure and temperature increase), and the gaseous refrigerant absorbs heat through the condenser (air-cooled/water-cooled) and condenses into liquid. After being throttled by an expansion valve (or capillary tube), it becomes a low-temperature and low-pressure refrigerant that enters the evaporator, completing the refrigerant circulation process.

Programmable Constant Temperature CabinetPurpose:

The constant temperature and humidity testing machine, also known as the environmental testing machine, tests the heat resistance, food resistance, vehicle resistance, metal resistance, chemical resistance, cold resistance, drying resistance, and moisture resistance of various materials. It balances the temperature and humidity control system (BTHC) and controls SS in a P.I.D. manner

Equipment structure:

1. The independent heating and cooling system enables the equipment to heat up and cool down more effectively, and the cooling system is a fully automatic control and safety protection coordination system.

2. Adopting a multi wing strong air circulation system to avoid any dead corners and ensure even temperature distribution within the testing area.

3. The air circulation design ensures that the air pressure and speed meet the testing standards, and can accelerate the temperature recovery time at the moment of opening the door.

4. The equipment mainly consists of a box, a heating system, a cooling system, an air circulation system, and a control system.

5. The design of the test box is made by CNC machining and adopts non reactive handles, making it easy to operate.

6. The sealing of the box door is made of refined silicone rubber, so that there is no aging or hardening phenomenon at high and low temperatures.

7. The insulation system uses ultra-fine glass fiber or hard polyurethane foam to fill the insulation area to ensure the temperature inside the box.

Factory meets standards:

The performance indicators of this programmable test chamber meet the technical requirements of the national standard GB10592-89 for high and low temperature test chambers, and are suitable for conducting low temperature, high temperature, and constant temperature temperature tests on products according to GB2423.1 and GB2423.2 "Environmental Test Methods for Electrical and Electronic Products - Test A: Low Temperature Test Method, Test B: High Temperature Test Method". The product complies with GB2423.1, GB2423.2, GJB150.3, GJB150.4, IEC, and MIL standards.
