Purchase microwave solid flow meter
Principle:
The SFM-200 microwave solid flow meter operates by emitting a microwave frequency of 24GHz (radar) at a power of 0.01W, commonly referred to as the Doppler effect measurement method. When an object passes through, it will reflect microwave energy, and the sensor will calculate the actual flow rate (quantity and flow velocity) of the measured object based on the frequency difference between the emission frequency and the reflection frequency. The sensor adopts microwave technology and is specifically suitable for metal pipelines. A specific coupling magnetic field is generated through a special connection between sensors and pipelines. Microwave energy is reflected back by solid particles and received by sensors, and the frequency and amplitude signals of these signals are processed and utilized. Sensors work like particle counters, recording the number of particles flowing per unit time. Due to the use of a specific frequency, only flowing particles can be measured, while accumulated particles are not measured. The calibration of the sensor is carried out after installation, and there is an automatic calibration curve to calibrate the instrument.
