1、 The principle of microwave heating drying:
Microwaves are electromagnetic waves, and the microwave frequencies used in industry are 915MHz and 2450MHz. High voltage direct current is converted into microwave energy through the resonant cavity of a magnetron. When the magnetron emits microwave energy at a frequency of 2450MHz, the zinc sulfate water molecules placed in the microwave heating cavity oscillate at a frequency of 2.45 billion kilohertz per second. The zinc sulfate molecules vibrate in a high-frequency magnetic field, collide and rub with each other to generate heat energy, causing the temperature of zinc sulfate to rise. The high-frequency oscillation friction between molecules rapidly increases the temperature of zinc sulfate, reaching 200 degrees Celsius for about 2 minutes. The free water and crystalline water inside the zinc sulfate evaporate, and the water vapor is discharged through a dehumidification fan to achieve the drying effect of zinc sulfate. Due to the controllable temperature of microwave heating drying, the drying temperature and speed can be adjusted according to the customer's moisture requirements for zinc sulfate. Microwave drying of zinc sulfate can achieve a moisture content of less than 0.2%, without the need for heat conduction during the drying process, and without polluting zinc sulfate, which is difficult to achieve with conventional dryers.
Due to the fact that the material is heated both internally and externally, and the surface of the material is in direct contact with air. Therefore, the internal temperature of the material will be slightly higher than the surface temperature, so the moisture inside the material will migrate from the inside to the surface and then be discharged into the air.
