Overview of structural features:

The grinding wheel spindle is installed in the rocker arm bearing seat and obtains power for the feed motion of the grinding wheel cutting through the transmission of the triangular belt pulley. The speed of the cutting feed is determined by the speed of the manual swing arm swing. Above the workbench is a quick clamping mechanism for the sample, and the pressure rod can move up and down freely for easy and flexible use. The pressure rod is hollow and filled with coolant, and below the pressure block is a working jaw with a "V" groove for clamping the sample. The workbench is equipped with a transparent organic glass protective cover for observation and protection during cutting. The inlet and outlet water channels and cooling switches inside the machine body, as well as the flow rate of the coolant, can be adjusted or closed according to cutting needs. The cooling water tank is designed specifically for storing coolant, and the pre configured coolant can be recycled. It is necessary to choose a coolant with good lubricity for the configuration of the coolant.
