Overview of structural features:

The grinding wheel spindle is installed in the rocker arm bearing seat and obtains the motor speed through the transmission of the V-belt pulley. The swing of the rocker arm can adjust the position of the grinding wheel to the optimal position for cutting. By controlling the feed of the worktable through the shaking of the handwheel, the cutting action is completed, making the cutting force more uniform and effectively avoiding the breakage of the grinding wheel caused by excessive cutting force. The quick clamping device on the workbench has a pressure rod that can move forward and backward, clamp, and is convenient and flexible to use. The clamp has a "V" - shaped groove, which makes it more reliable to clamp circular workpieces. The workbench has a T-shaped groove structure, and the clamping device can be freely disassembled, making it easy to clamp large irregular work. The working area during cutting adopts a fully enclosed structure and is covered with a transparent protective cover for observation and protection during cutting. The water inlet and outlet of the machine can be turned on or off according to the cutting needs.

The cooling water tank is designed specifically for storing coolant, and the pre configured coolant can be recycled. It is necessary to choose a coolant with good lubricity for configuration, and avoid using regular tap water as the coolant.
