Electric three piece ball is a type of valve that rotates 90 ° around the axis perpendicular to the channel. It consists of a rotary angular stroke electronic electric actuator and an O-valve structure. It belongs to the high-performance regulating or switching valve type of rotary type, and receives input and output of current or voltage signals from industrial automation control (DCS, PLC system) instruments. It can achieve proportional adjustment or two position switch control of fluid medium in the process pipeline, thereby achieving automatic control of parameters such as flow rate, pressure, temperature, and liquid level of fluid medium. Electric three piece ball valve (internal thread connection ball valve) and butt welded connection ball valve are suitable for various pipelines with PN 1.0~4.0MPa, working temperature -29~180 ℃ (sealing ring is reinforced polytetrafluoroethylene) or -29~300 ℃ (sealing ring is para polystyrene), used for cutting off or connecting media in pipelines. By selecting different materials, it can be applied to various media such as water, steam, oil, nitric acid, acetic acid, etc.

Electric three piece ball valves (threaded connection ball valves) and butt welded connection ball valves are divided into integral (one-piece), two-stage, and three-stage types. The valve body casting adopts advanced technology introduced from Taiwan, with a reasonable structure and beautiful appearance. The valve seat adopts an elastic sealing structure, which is reliable in sealing and easy to open and close. The valve stem adopts a bottom mounted structure with reverse sealing, and the valve stem will not be flushed out when the valve chamber is abnormally pressurized. Two piece and three piece ball valves can also be connected by butt welding (BW) and socket welding (SW), and both can be equipped with international standard ISO bracket platforms and locking devices. A 90 ° switch positioning mechanism can be set, and locks can be added as needed to prevent misoperation. The driving modes are manual, electric, and pneumatic.
