The latest version of QuickCONNECT testing unit has significant improvements in temperature management; The qCF high-efficiency liquid cooling system can be used for high current density operations, and battery heating is the most critical issue. In collaboration with Fraunhofer ISE, the liquid cooling layer is placed as close to the flow channel as possible, even in contact with the graphite flow channel bipolar plate, to more effectively remove the generated heat from the battery; The temperature difference between the cathode gas outlet and the coolant is very small, at 5A/cm2It can achieve around 1K at 80 ℃; All the advantages of the quick connect design are retained, such as adjustable contact pressure on the active area, self-adjusting single-stage piston, components that do not require disassembly tools, independence of sample thickness, etc., which can ensure easy operation and the highest reproducibility of results.
