Purpose:

The QG-4 and QG-4A multifunctional cutting machines are mainly used for cutting cylindrical and polygonal shapes, as well as irregular general metallographic specimen materials with protrusions. The machine adopts a double shell fully enclosed structure. It can ensure the cutting of samples in a relatively complete state. To avoid burning the tissue of the sample material due to overheating during cutting, the machine is equipped with a strong cooling system. The QG-4 type can rotate the sample freely during cutting, which can avoid micro burning on the surface of the sample during cutting, increase the cutting section, and improve the utilization rate of the cutting wheel. The QG-4A cutting machine is designed based on the QG-4 type according to different user requirements. It is a derivative product of the QG-4 type, different from the clamping method of the sample. It has the advantages of easy operation, use, and maintenance, and is a good equipment for cutting irregular sample materials.
