The DM-A105 intelligent digital display controller is connected to weighing sensors such as tension and pressure sensors, which measure and display in real time and output relays. It is used for automated batching and weighing to improve production efficiency. This product uses a 24 bit AD converter with high resolution and low temperature drift. The power input, signal input, and output are isolated from each other, effectively suppressing various series mode and common mode interferences and improving the stability and reliability of the product. Can be connected to DM7131 intelligent large screen display device for use, and can also be equipped with high-definition green digital tube display outdoors.

2、 Functional Features

24 bit AD acquisition, five digit digital display.External 24V/50mA, input 4-20mA/0-5V and other signals are connected to the transmitter amplifier.

User on-site calibration to improve the accuracy of instrument and sensor coordination. Weighing instruments connected to tension sensors/amplifiers, etc., with the function of removing skin and resetting to zero.

The collection speed can be set from 1 to 100 times per second to improve control accuracy. It has the function of automatically calculating and displaying peak and valley values.

Relay alarm, feeding and reducing control output. Optional voltage and current outputs can be used as transmission or control outputs.

3、 Connection of sensors

This monitor is compatible with all resistance strain sensors.

The output signal of the sensor is very weak. Please try to shorten the length of the signal cable as much as possible. It is forbidden to tie the signal cable together with the power line, otherwise the instrument may be interfered with.

The wiring of the sensor must be covered with a metal tube, and the metal tube must be reliably grounded. The metal tube mainly serves as a shield and protection.

The cable that comes with the sensor cannot be cut, and the sensor must be reliably connected to the wiring terminal. Poor contact will cause data to jump or be inaccurate.

Please do not use the excitation voltage of the instrument for other purposes, otherwise it may cause the instrument display value to jump.

1. Button function: The instrument panel buttons are touch sensitive buttons, please do not press them hard when using.

2Parameter settings

In working condition, the instrument displays the measured value. In the set state, the instrument first displays a parameter prompt for about 2 seconds, and then displays the corresponding set value. After setting a parameter, press the PAR key to confirm and enter the next parameter setting state. Press the ZERO key to exit the setting state while in the setting state.

8、 Communication instructions

(1) This product is equipped with RS232 and RS485 interfaces for direct communication with computers. The RS485 standard communication distance is 1.5km and can be connected to multiple instruments. The RS232 standard communication distance is 15m, and only one instrument can be attached. The TXD, RXD, and GND of the RS232 interface are respectively connected to the second, third, and fifth pins of the computer serial port. The data format consists of 1 start bit, 8 data bits, and 1 stop bit, and the checksum can be set. To avoid communication conflicts, the instruments are all in listening mode. The computer sends a command to a certain instrument at a specified address, and then waits for a period of time for the instrument to respond. After the instrument receives the correct command, it sends out the data. After sending, the instrument is in listening mode again. In the same system, instrument addresses cannot be the same, and baud rates must be consistent.

(2) Adopting the standard Modbus RTU communication protocol, using the 03, 04, and 06 function numbers. When using the configuration software touch screen, select a PLC with standard Modbus or Modicon (XX Kang) device, Modbus RTU address type, function number 3X or 4X can be used, register address starts from the first, data is a signed 16 bit integer, and when using Configuration King registers (i.e. 4x001, 4x000), other configuration software may start from 3x001 or 3x000. Users need to handle the decimal places according to their actual situation. It is recommended for user programming to define signed integer data, or by calculation. When the data is greater than 0X7FFF (decimal 32767), subtract the data from 65536 and then take a negative value. For example, if the communication transmission data is 0XFF9C (decimal 65436), 65536-65436=100, then take a negative value of -100. Professional algorithms can also use reverse addition 1. For long integer data such as data with high 16 bits and low 16 bits in the table, the data value is equal to the high-order x 65536+low order. During configuration, users can also select the data type as Long, and the system will automatically calculate the valid data value.

9、 Warranty

If it is a manufacturing quality problem caused by the factory, the instrument will be repaired free of charge from the date of leaving the factory. If the damage is caused by improper storage and use, the repair cost will be charged. The warranty period is eighteen months.
