Work steps

Manually place the packaging bag onto the bag clamp, activate the travel switch, and the travel switch sends a bag clamp signal to the control instrument. The bag clamp automatically clamps the bag, and the control instrument controls the arc-shaped gate feeding mechanism to automatically fill and fill the material from the silo into the weighing hopper. During the filling process, the feeding mechanism releases the material in three stages: fast, medium, and slow to ensure speed and accuracy. After reaching the preset packaging value, the weighing hopper automatically unloads into the packaging bag. After unloading is completed, the bag clamp automatically releases and falls onto the conveyor, which transports the packaging bag to the seam of the sewing machine, completing the packaging.
