R-Flex angular displacement sensor coupler

R-Flex ™ The coupling system is a multifunctional coupling device that is easy to install and used to correct various types of angle sensor axis deviations. R-Flex ™ No hysteresis, good repeatability, excellent performance, does not affect the repeatability and resolution of the angle sensor. R-Flex is machined from high-strength and flexible aluminum alloy (anodized black). Its six axis structure effectively prevents entanglement and eliminates phase lag caused by coupling in high-speed closed-loop control applications. The product is equipped with 4 embedded sleeves, which can be used with sensors with 5 different diameters of shafts.

Typical applications:Used in conjunction with all RVDTs and RVITs of MEAS for correcting: angle deviation, parallelism deviation, slope deviation, axial motion, rotational swing, it is an ideal choice for high-speed closed-loop control
