RFID forklift

With the increasing degree of warehouse automation, the requirements for various operational processes are also becoming higher. For example, the use of forklifts, which used to rely solely on human visual recognition and memory, inevitably had many loopholes. With the improvement of warehouse intelligence, installing RFID readers on forklifts to improve recognition accuracy and efficiency has become a necessary option. RFID forklift modification is the installation of RFID readers, antennas, and industrial terminals on forklifts to enable automatic recognition of warehouse location information and product information. Forklift operators can interface with the system in real time on the industrial terminal to improve warehouse management efficiency, reduce operator workload, and prevent operational errors. Forklifts are transforming from a handling tool into an intelligent work terminal.

As forklifts belong to special vehicles, there are special requirements for the RFID devices installed on them. Firstly, the RFID reader/writer is installed at the front end, and communication with the industrial tablet computer must be wireless; Secondly, due to inconvenient wiring, the power supply for RFID readers requires a built-in battery; Once again, due to the special nature of forklift operation, RFID readers, antennas, and accessories must be sturdy and stable enough.

1. Forklift operators can see the tasks to be done from the industrial platform, and have a planned work route and their own location on the map;

2. When loading and unloading goods, the warehouse location and cargo information can be recognized in real time. The industrial tablet on the forklift will check the data with the background in real time to confirm whether it is correct;

3. WMS information and forklift flatbed synchronization can complete real-time inventory, transfer, dismantling and other operations, reducing work processes and improving work efficiency.
