Product characteristics
1. The machine has a compact structure, automatic pipe feeding (can be matched with a hoist), and the transmission part is fully enclosed. The fully automated operating system completes the entire process of pipe supply, labeling and filling, hot melting, sealing, coding, trimming, and finished product production. The supply pipe is completed by pneumatic method, and the action is accurate and reliable.
2. The rotary hose mold is equipped with an electric eye control hose center positioning device, which uses photoelectric induction to achieve automatic positioning. Easy to adjust and disassemble, especially suitable for users producing hoses with multiple specifications and diameters, with convenient and fast adjustments.
