A、 The machine is equipped with a fully automatic operating system to complete the entire process of pipe supply, labeling, filling, hot melting, sealing, coding, trimming, and finished product production.
B、 The supply pipe is completed by mechanical and electronic control, and there is a device for stopping the pipe from turning around due to hose error, which ensures accurate and reliable operation.
C、 Servo motor controls the center positioning device of the hose (at any position), and uses photoelectric sensors to achieve automatic positioning.
D、 The material contact is made of 316L stainless steel, which is clean, hygienic, and fully complies with GMP specifications.
